At Meesha by Ramsha, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you wish to exchange an item, please note the following:
- Eligibility: Exchanges can be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and all tags are intact.
- Process: To exchange an item, please contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp.
- Conditions: Exchanges are only available for items purchased at full price. Discounted, sale items, and certain products such as accessories and perfumes are non-exchangeable.
- Shipping Costs: If the product is not faulty, you will be responsible for the courier charges for both ways.
- Defective Items: In case of receiving a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with supporting images, and we will facilitate an exchange.
- No Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. Exchanges will be processed for the same item in a different size or color, based on availability.
